French fries (frozen or homemade)
Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Panko breadcrumbs
Garlic (minced)
Mayonnaise
Kewpie or Japanese mayonnaise (for extra flavor)

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the fries: Prepare the French fries according to the package instructions (or fry your own homemade fries). Set them aside to cool slightly.
Cook the shrimp: In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the peeled shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Toast the breadcrumbs: In a separate pan, toast the panko breadcrumbs with some garlic over low-medium heat until golden and crispy. This will give them a nice crunch.
Assemble the dish: On a serving platter, layer the cooked fries. Then, arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the fries.
