Grilled Steak Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves
(minced)
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Pasta:
250g fettuccine or tagliatelle
Water for boiling
For Garnish:
Chopped parsley
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside

Prepare the Steak:
Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or to your desired doneness
